Step 01
Protocol Overview
“Thymosin Beta-4 protocol for systemic recovery and mobility.”
The TB-500 20mg Pen delivers 20 mg of TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) across 200 precision clicks. TB-500 is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring thymosin beta-4 peptide, with published research in tissue repair, cellular migration, angiogenesis, and systemic recovery. At 2.5 mg per 25 clicks, the dosing is precise and consistent. The TB-500 20mg Pen is designed for clients seeking a structured, systemic recovery protocol — particularly for mobility, connective tissue, and training recovery support.
Step 02
Mechanism of Action
TB-500 works primarily through actin upregulation — actin being the protein responsible for cell structure, movement, and repair. By increasing actin availability in cells, TB-500 accelerates the migration of repair cells (including endothelial cells and keratinocytes) to damage sites. It also promotes angiogenesis and reduces inflammation at injury sites, supporting recovery across muscle, tendon, and connective tissue simultaneously.
Suggested Use
Twice-weekly subcutaneous administration. 25 clicks = 2.5 mg per dose. Protocol length and administration confirmed through order review.
Who This Protocol Is For
Designed for clients in Bangkok and Thailand managing recovery from training, connective tissue concerns, or seeking systemic recovery support alongside performance protocols. TB-500 is often used in combination with BPC-157 for comprehensive recovery stack coverage.
Storage — Bangkok & Thailand
Refrigerate between 2–8°C. Lyophilised TB-500 is stable at room temperature for short periods but reconstituted and pen-based TB-500 requires consistent refrigeration — particularly important during Bangkok's hot season.
Delivery — Thailand
Peptide pens are shipped under strict cold-chain handling — handled as refrigerated products at 2–8°C wherever available. Available in supported cold-chain delivery areas only.
Refrigerate immediately on receipt. You must be present to receive the delivery directly.
Potential Side Effects
- Injection site reactions — mild redness or local discomfort at administration site
- Fatigue — transient; occasionally reported during the initial administration period
- Headache — mild; reported by some users during the first week of protocol
- Nausea — rare at standard protocol doses
- Human clinical trial data is limited; administration is guided through reviewed order access
Order Review Required
All Biohackr.Labs orders are reviewed before confirmation. Dosing and administration are confirmed before fulfilment where required.

What Is TB-500?
Regenerative Peptide — Systemic Recovery
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4) — a naturally occurring protein found in nearly all human cells that plays a fundamental role in cell structure, movement, and repair. Tβ4 has been studied since the 1970s, initially for wound healing and cardiac applications. TB-500 specifically targets the actin-binding domain of Tβ4 — the region responsible for most of its tissue repair activity. It is WADA-prohibited for competitive athletes (listed under Peptide Hormones, Growth Factors), which reflects the regulatory presumption of its tissue-repair benefit rather than a demonstrated direct performance enhancement.
Mechanism of Action
How It Works
TB-500's primary mechanism is actin upregulation. Actin is the protein that forms the structural scaffolding of cells and drives cellular movement — including the migration of repair cells to injury sites. By increasing actin availability, TB-500 accelerates the migration of endothelial cells, keratinocytes, and tissue-repair cells to damaged areas. It also promotes angiogenesis for enhanced nutrient delivery, reduces inflammatory cytokines at injury sites, and has demonstrated cardiac muscle protection in research — supporting heart cell survival following ischemic injury.

Preclinical + veterinary data · WADA prohibited substance
Research Landscape
TB-500 has strong preclinical evidence for wound healing, cardiac repair, and musculoskeletal recovery in animal models. A 2024 population study by Delcourt et al. confirmed ongoing veterinary and sport use globally. A clinical trial in patients with cardiac conditions showed 75.7 metres additional walking distance after 6 months (BiohackNow 2025). Note: a 2024 study found the active metabolite Ac-LKKTE may be responsible for some healing effects — suggesting TB-500 itself may work partly via metabolic conversion. Biohacking community and veterinary sports medicine use is extensive.
Biohacking & Community Context
TB-500 is the partner compound to BPC-157 in virtually every serious biohacking recovery stack — the "Wolverine Stack" (BPC-157 + TB-500) is the most well-known peptide combination in the optimization community. The community view: BPC-157 targets local injury sites while TB-500 provides systemic recovery support throughout the body simultaneously. Athletes — including professional racehorses in regulated equine sports — have used TB-500 for recovery from tendon injuries, muscle tears, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Community dosing: typically 2–2.5 mg twice weekly during a loading phase, then 1–1.5 mg weekly maintenance. Reported results: faster recovery from soft tissue injuries, improved flexibility, reduced joint inflammation, and unexpected hair growth (consistent with follicle stimulation research).
Protocol Benefits
Reported Benefits & Research Findings
Systemic Tissue Repair
Unlike BPC-157 which is often applied locally, TB-500 is typically administered systemically — providing body-wide recovery support simultaneously across multiple tissue types.
Actin-Mediated Cell Migration
Accelerates migration of endothelial cells and keratinocytes to injury sites through actin upregulation — a core mechanism for tissue repair in slow-healing tissue like tendons and cartilage.
Cardiac Muscle Protection
Research demonstrates TB-500 supports heart cell survival following ischemic injury and improves cardiac function. A clinical trial showed 75.7m increased walking distance in cardiac patients after 6 months.
Anti-Inflammatory Modulation
Reduces pro-inflammatory cytokines at injury sites, supporting faster transition through the inflammatory phase of healing without suppressing necessary repair signals.
Hair Follicle Stimulation
An unexpected finding: TB-500 appears to stimulate hair follicle stem cells — with multiple biohackers reporting improved hair growth during TB-500 protocols, consistent with follicle research.

Community consensus 2025
TB-500 has no controlled human clinical trials for musculoskeletal applications. Evidence comes from animal models, veterinary application, and community experience. WADA prohibition reflects the assumption of benefit rather than confirmed human performance data. A 2024 study suggests active metabolite Ac-LKKTE may mediate some effects of parent compound TB-500.
