New customers open a secure email confirmation link before setting up My Account. There is no pre-approval step just to browse. Review happens when you submit an order request, before confirmation, payment, or fulfilment.

Create My Account, browse the available ranges, and message us through WhatsApp or LINE if you want guidance before submitting an order request.

No prior experience is required. Our onboarding process is designed to work whether you are starting from scratch or have prior protocol experience. We adjust our recommendations and guidance accordingly.

All Biohackr.Labs pen systems are produced to European-grade quality standards with documented batch quality control. A quality control document and storage guidance are provided with every order at handover.

Peptide Pens are precision protocol pen systems targeting four optimization goals: CUT (weight management and body composition), RECOVER (tissue repair and skin quality), FOCUS (cognitive performance and cellular energy), and PERFORM (hormonal and growth-hormone-axis support). The CORE, CORE+ and ULTRA range is designed for male performance support and carries specific dose titration requirements and safety guidance.

Combination use is assessed individually when you submit an order request or message us for guidance. We do not advise combining products without prior discussion.

CORE, CORE+ and ULTRA pens require careful dose titration and client education before use. A prolonged or painful erection that does not resolve is a medical emergency requiring urgent care. All male performance orders are reviewed before confirmation, and clients receive specific safety guidance, a written protocol card, and private support access at handover.

Create My Account, complete your profile and shipping details, then choose products and submit an order request. We review availability, shipping, suitability, and final total before sending confirmation. No payment is taken through the website.

After your order request is reviewed, we send confirmation by email and arrange payment personally by WhatsApp, LINE, or email. The website does not collect card or checkout payments.

CORE 100 and CORE 200 are designed for short-term Southeast Asian transport stability and standard insulated delivery. CORE+ and ULTRA contain Alprostadil and require stricter cold-chain handling. Every pen is shipped in insulated packaging, should be refrigerated immediately after receipt, and must be received directly.

Peptide pens are shipped under strict cold-chain handling. Peptide-based formulations are temperature-sensitive, so they are packed as refrigerated products and transported at 2–8°C wherever available. Peptide pen delivery is only available in supported cold-chain delivery areas. Refrigerate immediately on receipt. You must be present to receive the delivery — do not leave the package unattended or delay collection.

Preparation and delivery timelines are confirmed when we review your order. They vary by product and location. Bangkok delivery is typically 24–72 hours from confirmation; provincial timelines are confirmed individually. Tracking is emailed and added to My Account after dispatch.

We deliver anywhere in Thailand. CORE 100 and CORE 200 can be delivered nationwide with standard insulated handling. CORE+, ULTRA and Peptide Pen delivery outside Bangkok depends on reliable cold-chain logistics coverage. If you are in a provincial location, confirm delivery availability by WhatsApp or LINE before ordering. Discreet packaging is standard on all orders.

All private clients can use WhatsApp, LINE, email, and My Account throughout their protocol cycle. We are available for questions, logistics support, and guidance as your protocol progresses. You are never navigating this alone.
