Biohackr.Labs is a private precision wellness brand operating in Bangkok, Thailand. We provide European-grade peptide optimization pen systems and CORE Performance pens through a private client onboarding model — meaning every client begins with a context review before any product is recommended.

All clients begin by submitting a Private Access profile — a short form covering your goals, context, and any prior experience. We review every submission personally and respond via WhatsApp within 24–48 hours with a tailored protocol recommendation. No product is recommended or confirmed without that prior review.

Start by submitting your Private Access profile and describing your primary goal — whether that's weight management, recovery, cognitive performance, or male performance support. We will guide you to the right starting point based on your context and history.

No prior experience is required. Our onboarding process is designed to work whether you are starting from scratch or have prior protocol experience. We adjust our recommendations and guidance accordingly.

All Biohackr.Labs pen systems are produced to European-grade quality standards with documented batch quality control. A quality control document and storage guidance are provided with every order at handover.

Peptide Pens are precision protocol pen systems targeting four optimization goals: CUT (weight management and body composition), RECOVER (tissue repair and skin quality), FOCUS (cognitive performance and cellular energy), and PERFORM (hormonal and growth-hormone-axis support). CORE Performance is a separate range designed for male performance support and carries specific dose titration requirements and safety guidance.

Combination use is assessed individually at the time of your protocol recommendation. We do not advise combining products without prior discussion — raise this during your onboarding and we will advise accordingly.

CORE Performance pens require careful dose titration and client education before use. A prolonged or painful erection that does not resolve is a medical emergency requiring urgent care. All CORE Performance clients receive specific safety guidance, a written protocol card, and WhatsApp support access at handover. We do not supply CORE products without prior onboarding and context review.

Browse our range, then submit your Private Access profile (new clients) or message us on WhatsApp (returning clients). All orders are confirmed personally via WhatsApp — there is no online cart or checkout.

Payment details are confirmed personally via WhatsApp at the time your order is agreed. No payment is collected before your protocol has been recommended, reviewed, and confirmed.

Preparation and delivery timelines are confirmed at order stage via WhatsApp. They vary by product and location. Bangkok delivery is our primary service area.

Our primary service area is Bangkok. Delivery arrangements for other locations in Thailand are confirmed via WhatsApp on a case-by-case basis. Discreet packaging is standard on all orders.

All private clients receive direct WhatsApp access throughout their protocol cycle. We are available for questions, dose adjustments, and guidance as your protocol progresses. You are never navigating this alone.
