Biohackr.Labs is committed to handling the personal information of our clients with care and discretion. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We collect very limited information and use it only to operate our private client service.

What We Collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily submit it through one of the two forms on this site:

• Private Access form — name, email address, WhatsApp number, health and wellness goals, relevant personal context, and optional referral source.
• Contact form — name, email address, and message.

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses for tracking purposes, or browsing behaviour data. This site does not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through our forms is used solely to:

• Review your Private Access request and prepare a personalised protocol recommendation.
• Communicate with you regarding your enquiry, order, or ongoing protocol.
• Maintain a record of your context for the purpose of providing continuity of service.

We do not use your information for marketing communications without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.

WhatsApp Communications

When you contact us or are contacted by us via WhatsApp, communications are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms of service (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Biohackr.Labs uses WhatsApp solely for private client communication and does not use WhatsApp Business API, automated messaging, or broadcast messaging.

WhatsApp conversations are not recorded or stored by Biohackr.Labs beyond what is retained within the WhatsApp application itself.

Form Submission Storage

Form submissions on this site are processed via Netlify Forms. Submitted data is securely transmitted and stored on Netlify's servers and forwarded to our designated email address for review. Netlify's handling of form data is governed by their own privacy and data processing policies. We retain form submission data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our service.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as you remain an active client or until you request deletion. If your enquiry does not result in an active client relationship, we will retain your submission for a reasonable period in case of follow-up, and then delete it. We do not retain data indefinitely.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of any inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Contact page or directly on WhatsApp. We will respond to data requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Jurisdiction

Biohackr.Labs operates in Bangkok, Thailand. This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We endeavour to handle all personal data in a manner consistent with applicable data protection principles, including those under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
