Shipping & Delivery

Every Biohackr.Labs order is dispatched in temperature-controlled, discreet packaging and confirmed personally via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Service Area

Our primary delivery area is Bangkok and the greater Bangkok metropolitan region. Delivery to other locations in Thailand is available on a case-by-case basis — please discuss via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability and timeline. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are confirmed personally via WhatsApp at the time your order is agreed. Standard Bangkok delivery is typically 24–72 hours from order confirmation, subject to product availability and preparation time. We do not offer same-day delivery as standard. If you have a time-sensitive requirement, please advise us at first contact.

Cold-Chain Handling

All protocol pen systems are pharmaceutical-grade products requiring temperature-controlled storage. Orders are transported in insulated packaging designed to maintain 2–8°C during transit. Upon delivery, transfer products immediately to refrigerated storage. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods and do not freeze. See our Storage & Handling page for full guidance.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are delivered in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no branding or product identification visible on the exterior. Packaging is tamper-evident. The only external identifier is a standard delivery label for logistics purposes.

Order Confirmation & Handover

All orders are confirmed personally via WhatsApp. There is no online cart, checkout, or automated order processing on this site. A quality control document and storage guidance card are provided with every order at the point of handover.

Returns & Quality Concerns

Due to the pharmaceutical-grade, temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or appears compromised in transit, contact us via WhatsApp immediately — do not use the product. All quality concerns are handled personally on a case-by-case basis.
