Biohackr.Labs

Quality charter

Clear records. Clear limits.

Biohackr.Labs maintains production-batch records and can make selected information available through a public batch record. The record is intended to explain what has been recorded for that batch; it is not a substitute for independent laboratory evidence, regulatory approval, or package authentication.

Batch records

A public batch page draws selected batch details, status, and product information from the production record.

Documentation boundaries

Documents are described by type and made public only when an authorised operator marks them visible to anyone holding that batch’s QR or verification link.

Handling information

Storage guidance is included on the batch record when it has been recorded. Follow the guidance supplied with your order and ask if anything is unclear.

01 · Source

Source information is recorded, not assumed.

Where material or manufacturer information is selected for public display, it appears as part of that batch’s record. A public entry reflects the information recorded for the batch; it does not turn supplier information into independent verification.

02 · Batch

A batch page is a provenance record.

The public verifier identifies a recorded batch and shows the batch information selected for publication. It does not authenticate an individual package, provide a medical recommendation, or confirm an outcome for a particular person.

03 · Documentation

Read each document for what it actually says.

Document labels describe the role of a file in the record. They do not expand the evidence contained in that file.

Document type
Supplier or source document
What it demonstrates
The origin, specification, or other attributes stated by the named supplier for the material or lot identified in that document.
What it does not demonstrate
It does not independently test a finished Biohackr.Labs batch, authenticate an individual package, or establish regulatory approval.
Availability status
Documentation example not yet published.
Link or access method
When approved for public visibility, access is provided to anyone holding the relevant public batch QR or verification link, or through a documentation request.
Document type
Batch Release Record
What it demonstrates
The preparation, allocation, status, and release information recorded internally for the relevant operational batch.
What it does not demonstrate
It is an internal operational record—not independent laboratory evidence, a certificate of analysis, or regulatory approval.
Availability status
Documentation example not yet published.
Link or access method
Public batch pages show selected released information. The full internal record is not presented as a public laboratory report.
Document type
Independent laboratory report
What it demonstrates
Only the sample, attributes, methods, and results stated by the issuing laboratory in that specific report.
What it does not demonstrate
It does not extend to a different sample, batch, attribute, method, or individual package, and it does not imply regulatory approval.
Availability status
Documentation example not yet published.
Link or access method
A report is linked only when an actual laboratory-issued file has been reviewed and approved for the relevant batch.
Document type
Handling or dispatch record
What it demonstrates
The handling or shipment events actually recorded for the relevant order or batch, such as dispatch status and available storage guidance.
What it does not demonstrate
It does not prove continuous temperature control unless supporting temperature records expressly demonstrate that history.
Availability status
Documentation example not yet published.
Link or access method
Order-specific logistics remain private. Public handling information is limited to guidance approved for the relevant batch or product family.

04 · Handling

Use the order-specific guidance you receive.

Batch records may include storage guidance. If the guidance is missing, unclear, or no longer matches the product in hand, pause and contact Biohackr.Labs before relying on it.

05 · Quality concerns

Report a concern with the batch reference, if available.

For a concern about documentation, storage guidance, a recalled batch notice, or a product received, contact us directly. We can review the relevant record and explain what is and is not documented.
