Cold Chain Integrity
CORE and peptide compounds are temperature-sensitive. Cold chain is maintained through dispatch, and storage requirements are confirmed personally at handover.

Sourcing & Preparation

What European-grade means at Biohackr.Labs is a sourcing and preparation standard — not a marketing claim. Active compounds are selected on the basis of documented specification sheets from European-standard manufacturers. Our preparation process follows a defined protocol for each compound, including concentration accuracy, fill volume tolerances, and quality-check steps before any pen is released for dispatch.
We do not compromise on sourcing to reduce cost. The per-unit economics of our protocols are higher than mass-produced alternatives — and that is a deliberate choice. A pen that performs consistently and predictably is the only one worth putting in a client's hands.

QC Documentation
“You are not an anonymous retail order. You are a named client with a documented protocol and a documented product.”
Every order includes a QC document covering batch reference, preparation date, compound specification, and storage requirements. This document is not boilerplate — it is specific to the batch you receive. If your pen is from a different preparation batch than a prior order, the QC documentation will reflect that difference.
The purpose is straightforward: you should be able to verify what you have received, understand how it was prepared, and know exactly how to store it. Our private access model extends into how we handle quality — clients are not treated as anonymous orders, and neither is their product.
