Storage & Handling

General Storage Principles

Storage requirements differ by product range. Peptide Protocol Range pens require refrigerated storage at 2–8°C. CORE, CORE+ and ULTRA performance pens should also be refrigerated when not in use. CORE 100 and CORE 200 tolerate short-term movement at controlled ambient temperatures around 25°C; CORE+ and ULTRA require stricter cold-chain handling because they contain Alprostadil. No product should be frozen or exposed to direct sunlight, a hot vehicle, or uncontrolled heat.

Keep all products away from direct light and away from the refrigerator door (to avoid temperature fluctuations from frequent opening). Store upright where possible.

Peptide Pen Systems (CUT / RECOVER / FOCUS / PERFORM)

Peptide pens should be stored at 2–8°C when not in use. Brief periods at room temperature during use (handling, administration, and dose preparation) are acceptable. Do not leave pens at room temperature for extended periods between uses. Return to refrigerated storage promptly after each use.

Do not expose peptide products to strong light or UV. Do not shake vigorously. The pen tip and cartridge area should remain clean and dry between uses.

CORE, CORE+ & ULTRA Pens

Store CORE, CORE+ and ULTRA pens refrigerated when not in use, primarily for hygiene, bacterial-risk control, and long-term care of the device. CORE 100 and CORE 200 are not treated as strict cold-chain products during short-term transport. CORE+ and ULTRA contain Alprostadil and should remain cold-chain controlled. Protect every pen from light, do not freeze it, and never leave it in a hot vehicle or direct sunlight.

Administer at, or close to, room temperature. Remove from refrigerator 5–10 minutes before use and allow to equilibrate. Do not administer a product taken directly from the refrigerator.

Travelling with Products

Peptide Protocol Range products should travel in a purpose-built insulated cool bag with an ice or gel pack. Do not place products directly against ice, and transfer them to refrigerated storage on arrival. CORE 100 and CORE 200 may be transported for short periods without strict refrigeration when protected from heat, sunlight, and rough handling; CORE+ and ULTRA require cold-chain planning. Return all products to refrigerated storage when practical.

If you are travelling internationally with protocol products, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the import regulations of your destination country. We do not provide international shipping and cannot advise on customs or import compliance outside Thailand.

Shelf Life & Expiry

Each product is supplied with a batch quality control document that includes the batch production date and recommended use-by guidance. Do not use a product beyond its indicated use-by date or if the product shows any visible signs of degradation, discolouration, or particulate matter. If in doubt, contact us before use.

Client Responsibility

Correct storage and handling is the client's responsibility from the point of delivery or collection. Biohackr.Labs is not responsible for product degradation resulting from incorrect storage, mishandling, or failure to follow the guidance provided at handover.
