Shipping
Standard insulated delivery. No strict cold-chain shipping required. CORE 100 and CORE 200 use a Super BIMIX formula without Alprostadil, making them more practical for standard Southeast Asian delivery conditions.
Storage after receiving
Refrigeration is recommended after receiving the pen — primarily for hygiene and bacterial-risk control. Do not overclaim stability: refrigeration is the correct approach after delivery.
Travel
More practical for short travel periods and customers who cannot guarantee refrigeration access during transit. Standard insulated packaging is used for delivery.
Important note
“More stable” does not mean heat-proof or suitable for storage anywhere. Refrigerate after receiving. Use controlled language when discussing stability with customers.

Shipping
Strict cold-chain shipping is required. CORE+ and ULTRA formulas contain Alprostadil, which is more sensitive to temperature and requires stricter handling throughout the delivery process.
Storage after receiving
Cold storage is required. Refrigerate immediately on receipt. Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods. You must be available to receive the delivery directly.
Travel
Not ideal for customers who cannot guarantee cold storage during transit or travel. Consider CORE 100 or CORE 200 if travel is a regular part of your lifestyle.
